Services are centered around three areas of activity: Strategic Consulting, Database Design, and Analysis & Reporting Services
- Strategic Consulting
The Group focuses on the data and information components of a marketing program. Their mission is to determine and commit to program objectives regarding the analysis, assessment and acquisition of usable data which can be converted into powerful marketing files and models. As well, they research external prospect files and offer list acquisition and brokerage, and valuable file appending services.
- Database Design
The analysts and file developers also take responsibility for the data repository, warehousing marketing databases to have seamless connectivity to client's marketing programs and systems, supporting client business objectives. They will design customer and prospect files into optimal campaign segments, all for the purpose of achieving business goals through cross-sell, upsell, and customer retention. The group also operates dealer registration services for national marketers which sponsor localized direct mail promotions.
- Analysis and Reporting
The CRM and Database Marketing Group analyze the data through various screens such as cluster profiles, geo analysis and mapping to determine affinities between customers and products which can be used to predict and quantify future customer behavior. Based on results from CRM campaigns, the group provides comprehensive campaign reporting throughout its duration.
The CRM and Database Marketing Group is located at RMS headquarters in Downers Grove, IL with additional operations in De Pere WI.
